As part of the plan to uplift the standard of their high rise residential developments, this property developer appointed us to implement ideas beyond mere beautiful looking designs and generic approaches to beautifying common areas. We have created a design approach enveloping lifestyle elements that are catered to today's young families and buyers. Primarily we intended to highlight all the high ceilings with features that would project grandeur but brings comfort and the feeling of coming back home. The elements are carefully brought to flow from the moment you enter the development, up to the top facility floor at Level 28.
